With a 15 GPM flow rate and built-in pre-filtration, it delivers comprehensive whole-home protection against bacteria, viruses, and protozoan cysts — without chemicals.

What It Does
UV disinfection exposes water to ultraviolet light at 254nm, destroying the DNA of microorganisms and rendering them unable to reproduce. The Optimum 15 achieves 99.9999% (6-log) destruction of bacteria, viruses, and protozoan cysts — including E. coli, Giardia, and Cryptosporidium — with no chemicals, no taste impact, and no harmful byproducts.
