The UV Light NSF Rated 14GPM by Excalibur is a high-capacity ultraviolet disinfection chamber for residential and light commercial point-of-entry water treatment. With a 14 GPM flow rate and NSF 55 certification, it delivers verified, chemical-free protection against bacteria, viruses, and protozoan cysts for mid-to-large homes and cottages.

Who It's For
Ideal for properties that already have sediment and carbon pre-filtration installed and need a mid-to-high capacity NSF-certified UV stage. Well-suited for homes with 2–4 bathrooms, acreages, cottages, and small commercial or industrial applications requiring certified water disinfection.
What It Does
UV disinfection exposes water to ultraviolet light at 254nm, destroying the DNA of microorganisms and rendering them unable to reproduce. At a 40,000 mJ/cm² UV dose, this system achieves 99.9999% (6-log) destruction of bacteria, viruses, and protozoan cysts — including E. coli, Giardia, and Cryptosporidium — with no chemicals, no taste impact, and no harmful byproducts.

Pre-Filtration Requirement
UV disinfection is most effective when water is clear and free of sediment and chlorine. This unit must be installed downstream of existing sediment and carbon pre-filters.
