How It Works — 3 Stages
- Stage 1 — Carbon Block Filter (5 micron): Removes chlorine, odours, THMs, volatile and industrial chemicals to protect the RO membrane and improve taste.
- Stage 2 — RO Membrane (35 GPD, Thin-Film Composite): The core purification stage — removes up to 99% of dissolved contaminants including lead, arsenic, nitrates, fluoride, and total dissolved solids (TDS).
- Stage 3 — Carbon Block Filter (5 micron): Final post-membrane polish to remove any residual taste or odour, delivering crisp, clean water at your tap.

Value RO vs. Superior RO vs. Premium RO
The Value RO (EWR 3035) is a streamlined 3-stage system at 35 GPD — a great entry-level choice. The Superior RO 5-Stage adds more filtration stages and a 75 GPD membrane for higher output. The Premium RO 6-Stage adds alkaline remineralization for mineral-balanced water. All three use genuine Excalibur membranes and filters available in our store.
Replacement Filters & Membrane
Replace filter cartridges every 6–12 months and the RO membrane every 2–3 years. Genuine replacement filters (RO TLROC) and membrane (TWRM35) are available in our store.
